Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Machine

  Securely place your item in its original packaging, including all bobbins, presser feet, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
